How do I login to the Customer Portal?

To login to the customer portal, go to our website at www.lvwifi.com. Click the "My Account" button at the upper right hand corner of the screen. You will see a login box requesting a username and password. The username will be the email address you receive your monthly billing statements at. If you're unsure what email address you have registered with us, please contact our billing department at (210) 628-9434, or email info@lvwifi.com. If you forget your password, you can select the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address to have a new password sent to you.

Once logged in, you can update account information, view current usage, modify payment information, view past balances, and make payments.
