I'm receiving a message stating "Internet Access Restricted"




If you are currently seeing a message stating "Internet Access Restricted" when trying to browse to any particular website, the most likely cause is that your payment was not received before the due date. Please keep in mind that our services are billed on the first of the month, and payment is due by the 15th. Services are automatically suspended on or a few days after that date, and a late fee of $2.50 is applied to the account.

 

To have your services immediately restored, simply login to the customer portal by going to https://portal.lvwifi.com and make a payment to bring your account up to date. If there is no balance currently due on the account, please contact us at (210) 628-9434 for assistance.
