Customers may be experiencing slower than normal speeds today due to a fiber outage in Floresville, TX (due to this morning's severe storms). Our fiber provider is working on repairing the damaged lines and will update us once the repairs are complete later today.

Outage Description: Radio failed, and affected users have been moved to an alternate AP. This may be causing congestion issues on the above listed AP's. We're estimating the radio to be replaced by either tomorrow 7/25, or Sunday, 7/26)

Access Point Down on Country Hills Tower (Resolved)

We currently are having issues on one of the access points on our Country Hills tower. We have preconfigured the equipment and will be replacing the AP on the tower within the next few hours. Everything should be restored to normal as soon as we're able to climb to the top of the tower and replace the malfunctioning device (probably by about 10 to 11 PM tonight).

Network Upgrades Until May 15th (Resolved)

Various network upgrades will be underway until May 15th. No new customers will be added to the network until this particular date.

During this timeframe, you may notice billing and notification emails may look different than before as we migrate to a new billing and support system.

Backhaul upgrades will also be taking place during the next month. Any downtime should only be in the overnight hours, and a notice will be posted on this website ahead of time.

Downtown La Vernia Outage (Resolved)

We are currently experiencing an outage at the downtown La Vernia tower. Only clients connected to this tower are experiencing an issue.

 

Update: This appears to be due to water penetration in one of the primary cables from last nights weather. We are currently working on replacing the affected cabling, and will provide an update once complete. ETA 3 hours
